Shipping Information

At CareLetics, we understand that healthcare professionals rely on dependable apparel for their demanding schedules. We work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin after order processing has been completed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

CareLetics is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, CareLetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen:

  1. Verify the delivery address.
  2. Check with neighbors or household members.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  4. Contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

We will do our best to help investigate delivery issues.


Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

CareLetics is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

Our team will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.


Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations if required by law, carrier restrictions, or operational limitations.
