Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and requested replacement item.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.


Return Process

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping Costs

  • We shipped the wrong item

In these cases, CareLetics will provide return shipping assistance when applicable.


International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees unless the return is the result of a CareLetics error.
