Our Commitment
At CareLetics, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without unnecessary friction.
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a request. All returns and exchanges are subject to the eligibility conditions below.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any form of damage
- With all original tags attached and packaging intact
Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Accessories, including face coverings and undergarments
- Items showing visible signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Gift cards
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued exclusively as CareLetics store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
How Store Credit Works
Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment location and passes quality inspection, store credit will be issued to your account within 5–7 business days. Store credit has no expiration date and can be applied to any future CareLetics purchase.
Store credit will not be issued until the returned item has been physically received and inspected by our team. You will receive an email confirmation at each stage — when your return arrives, when inspection is complete, and when store credit has been applied to your account.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Submit the form below, noting the item and variant you'd like
- Ship your original item back using the prepaid label we provide
- Your replacement order will be processed once the original is received and inspected
If your requested replacement is unavailable at the time your return is received, store credit will be issued instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, was defective, or was not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging when submitting your request below. In these cases, CareLetics will cover return shipping and prioritize your resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or the result of an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. CareLetics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for store credit to be issued after your return is received and inspected. Email confirmations are sent at each step of the process.
